Ruby Cloud was founded by Matt Olson, an accomplished web application architect and engineer. Matt has been working on web apps professionally for thirteen years, since graduating from UC Berkeley with degrees in Computer Science and Physics in 1997.

Matt has deep experience in building web and desktop applications, at every level of the process — from initial concept, design and planning, through to all aspects of implementation, QA, security audit, operations, performance tuning, and scaling.
